ZS,160gb HD, and i placed fps_max 101 and vertical thing off, but i
still maintain a 60 fps it wont go higher, but when i play my css i get
100+ HELP ME OUT[/q]
well if your running d3d that coud be your
problem. try running it n open gl mode and see what that dose, if u

its been proven that people can see up to 200
fps,they did a test on fighter pilots to where a image of a plane
popped up on a frame that lasted 1/200th of a second,they could not
only see the plane but identify it too. so you should stfu and talk
